Last Live: Hello My Future[]
This is the list of songs that were performed during the last live and also the format of the show.
The live lasted for around 2 hours and 40 minutes.
Around 800 people were in attendance and around 10,000 people watched it live on NicoNico

| Again, Prizmmy leave the stage and the screen constantly shows the words 'DIGITAL' and 'REAL' to introduce the next few songs which is their DigitaReal concept. Prizmmy come back with the outfits from their mini-album 'Love Trooper'. | ||

| Prizmmy leave the stage while Love Trooper MV begins to play in the background and reveal the special guest Hachioji P whom they collabed with for Love Trooper. | ||

| Hina introduces the special guest Hachioji P and he gives a short message when he leaves Prizmmy continue to MC. Reina then introduces Prism Mates back on the song. Prism Mates are back with different outfits. | ||

| Prizmmy MC again and call Prism Mates back on the stage but while they're coming up Michitomo and MC Kensaku appear. Yuka tells everyone that they were currently the most viewed live on NicoNico at that moment. They proceed to introducing Michitomo and MC Kensaku and they give a message. | ||

| Those who were on stage stand in a line and thank the crowd and the dj they then gather for a picture with the crowd. Reina leads the crowd into saying Prizmmy's motto 'Itsudemo kiratto Prizmmy!"
Prizmmy exit and the Hello My Future audio "To the future me in 10 years" is played. | ||

| Prizmmy MC again they talk about their debut song and how young they were. Karin introduces the next song, which was previously her solo. | ||

| Prizmmy and Prism Mates appear on the stage again and Hina says that the live is now coming to an end.
They all give their last message while getting emotional. The audience cheer them on to try not to cry. The DJ comes back wearing the last live t-shirt. | ||
| 28. | Hello My Future | They perform Hello My Future again but this time with Prism Mates. Wrist bands fall from the sky. |
| Reina tells the crowd to remain quite and they thank the fans for coming and they bow. They hand out some of the bands which fell on the stage.The members go from each side and the center and thank the crowd. The members slowly leave the stage while Karin yells "I love you!" and Yuka and Mirei yell "thank you!" | ||
